Without a doubt, its strongest attraction is its large private garden with saltwater pool and barbecue<\/strong>. It is ideal for sunbathing, organizing meals, relaxing, or refreshing during hot days, all while enjoying the outdoors.<\/p>\n

The chalet was built in rustic style and can accommodate up to 6 adults<\/strong>. There is a living room with air conditioning\/heating, fireplace and satellite TV, 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, and two with bunk beds), a bathroom with shower, and kitchen with access to the porch of the house. This villa is distributed on one floor, and all windows have mosquito nets.<\/p>\n

The garden, composed of gravel and artificial grass, is fenced and has an area with furniture to relax under a pergola. The private pool is saltwater and large. The plot has 850 m2 with car park spaces in front of the house.<\/p>\n

It is 400 meters from Mas Pinell Beach<\/strong>, between the beaches of Pals and l’Estartit. As it is not an area of passage, Mas Pinell is away from the bustle of the population, and is ideal for families with young children and couples seeking tranquility. It is an extensive beach with golden sand overlooking the Medes Islands<\/strong>, with access for people with reduced mobility, and in summer there is a beach bar serving meals and snacks to visitors.<\/p>\n
