With a capacity for 6 people, this renovated accommodation equipped with air conditioning is located just 200 meters from the beach and has access to a communal pool.
The house is distributed over two floors; on the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, television, and access to a private terrace-garden completely fenced with artificial grass. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need, such as a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with single beds and a main bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, in addition to a third en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathtub. The bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The house's garage is available for storage.
Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

La limpieza,los colchones y el problema con los mosquitos. Cúando mejor temperatura habia para estar en el jardin teniamos que entrar en el comedor y cerrar las correderas que no disponen de mosquiteras porque te acribillaban los mosquitos.

La limpieza del jardín: nos encontramos huesos (restos de alguna barbacoa) y algunos plásticos. El jardín, en general, no es muy aprovechable al haber plantas que ocupan mucho espacio.

Die Stuhle am Esstisch im Wohnzimmer müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden.Nach 10 minuten sitzen bekommt mann die Krämfe.Der Pool soll öffter gereinigt werden.Nach dem Regen konnten wir 4 Tage lang kein Pool benutzen, da schwammen tode Frösche in grosee more
