Great luxury villa on the beach with private pool, in Vera Playa . It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 expandable up to 8-9 people (on request) . The villa has direct access to the beach from the same plot by a door.
The house is divided as follows:
Ground floor : bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine ... spacious living room with comfortable sofas and TV (spanish). The villa has an exquisite decoration and ceiling fans in the main rooms.
First floor: master suite with air conditioning, double bed and bathroom with bath. Second bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom, with shower.
The plot outdoor is perfectly enclosed for complete privacy. Next to the private pool there is a shed with portable grill and refrigerator. There is a diaphanous basement with until 3 extra single beds (on request). You can park your car on the plot of the villa.
Out of the summer season, you can rent the house for months, at a very reasonable price, with 50 % discount from weekly rates. In this case, electricity is not included and will be charged at 0.22 € / kWh). Note that TV is only spanish.
